Want to be a Goochland Day Vendor? Here’s What You Need to Know:
Application Process
- All vendors must apply each year – previous participation does not guarantee acceptance.
Application deadline: March 1, 2026
Your application must include:
- Completed and signed application form.
- Vendor fee payment.
- Applications will be reviewed by the Goochland Day Committee. Notifications of acceptance or non-acceptance will be sent by April 15, 2026.
- Accepted vendors will receive a Vendor Welcome Kit (parking info, event logistics, etc.) via email by April 15, 2026.
Vendor Fees
- Wine Vendors – $100 Standard 10’x10’ booth space
- Food Vendors – $175
- Craft/Cottage Vendors – $75 Standard 10’x10′ booth space
- Businesses/Organization Vendors – $75 Standard 10’x 10′ booth space
💳 Payments must be made online. Failure to pay vendor fee or provide proof of general liability business insurance will result in a declined application.
🔒 Cancellation Policy: Once your vendor application is accepted, no refunds will be available for any reason. If your vendor application is declined, you will be notified and your vendor fee will be refunded.
Application Requirements
- All vendors must comply with local Health Department and VDACS regulations.
- Selling dairy, meat, or baked goods? Contact VDACS Food Safety Program at 804.786.3501.
- Vendors are responsible for their own state and federal taxes. Learn more at www.tax.virginia.gov.
Important Guidelines
- Booth locations are assigned by the Goochland Day Committee and may vary each year.
- Vendors may not trade or switch booth spaces.
- No alcohol consumption is permitted in vendor booths.
- There will be limited power or internet access on site – plan accordingly.
- Items left overnight are at your own risk. The Goochland Chamber Community Foundation nor the Goochland Chamber of Commerce are liable for loss or damage.
- For the safety of attendees, no personal vehicles may be moved on or within the festival site between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Vendor Hours & Setup
- Setup Time: Saturday, May 16, 2026 | 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
✅ Vendors must be fully set up and operational by 10:00 AM.
