Application Process
- All parade participants must apply each year – previous participation does not guarantee acceptance.
Participation deadline: March 1, 2026
Your application must include:
- Completed and signed application form.
- Applications will be reviewed by the Goochland Day Committee. Notifications of acceptance or non-acceptance will be sent by March 15, 2026.
- Accepted parade participants will receive a Parade Welcome Kit (parking info, event logistics, etc.) via email by April 15, 2026.
Parade Entry Fee is $50 (Per 40′ Space).
Once approved, you will be invoiced your parade fee. Parade fees must be paid by March 30, 2026.
🔒 Cancellation Policy: Once your parade entry application is accepted, no refunds will be available for any reason. If your parade entry application is declined, you will be notified.
Important Guidelines
- Parade staging will be assigned by the Goochland Day Committee and may vary each year.
- Parade participants may not trade or switch parade locations.
- No alcohol consumption is permitted by parade participants.
